How do I book a stay?
Book securely via the website or the listing link. After booking you’ll receive a confirmation email with arrival details and directions.
Is the house pet friendly?
Yes — up to 2 dogs are allowed (pet fee applies). The backyard is fully fenced for pet safety. Please pick up after your pet; otherwise extra cleaning charges may apply.
What additional fees apply?
In addition to the nightly rate we charge a cleaning fee of $250. If you bring pets, a $100 non-refundable pet fee applies. Guests are responsible for any damages; charges may be applied if property is damaged.
What is the maximum occupancy?
Maximum occupancy is 8 guests total, including children. Please do not exceed this number to ensure comfort and safety.
How far is the beach?
The property is about a 4-block walk to Beach Public Access #11 — an easy, pleasant stroll.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes — fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. The kitchen includes essential cookware and dishware for your stay.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need early check-in or late check-out, ask and we’ll try to accommodate based on availability.
Is parking available?
Yes — free parking is available onsite with space for cars, watercraft trailers, or a street-legal golf cart.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations 30+ days before check-in receive a 100% refund. Cancellations 14–30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations 7–14 days before check-in receive a 25% refund. No refund within 6 days of arrival. For special circumstances, please contact the owner.
