The Seabreeze Cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, dining area, full kitchen and private yard, you have all you need for a relaxing getaway without worrying about neighbors above or below you, parking challenges or those dreaded elevators! 

The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat-screen Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with a shower, plus a walk-in closet.

The 2nd bedroom features two full-size beds, flat-screen TV, and access to the 2nd full bathroom which offers a tub/shower combination.

The 3rd bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed.

A queen sleeper sofa in the living room rounds out the sleeping options, and a washer/dryer is included for your convenience.

We offer ample sleeping options so that guests may spread out as they prefer. However, the maximum occupancy of this home is 8.

Chairs and a picnic table greet you on our charming front porch where you can dine al fresco. Our back patio is enclosed and includes a grill for guest use. There is no parking fee and ample space available; you are welcome to bring your personal watercraft or street-legal golf cart. Our backyard is fully fenced, and we are dog friendly (up to 2) with pet fees applied.

I always enjoyed this area and this gorgeous home is just 4 blocks to Beach Public Access #11 in the quiet east end of Panama City Beach. We’re also just 2 blocks to the Lower Lagoon and a boat launch into the water.

With a plethora of activities and culinary delights, a visit to Panama City Beach guarantees you’ll already be contemplating a return trip before your departure. Conveniently located near top dining spots like Schooners oceanfront restaurant and bar, Captain Anderson’s, and Grand Marlin, we’re also near a host of beloved establishments in the eastern part of the area and the neighboring inland regions.

For activities “beyond the sun,” check out Pier Park–a unique open-air shopping and dining complex with Margaritaville, a huge Sky-Wheel and many more restaurants and shops. Shell Island and St Andrews State Park are only 1.3 miles away and some of the most picturesque beaches and calm waters you’ll find in the US. Spend a day at the Park or rent a pontoon to see both from the water. Boating and dolphin tours are abundant–be sure to check out the Sea Screamer. And there are a multitude of putt-putt and go-kart locations as well as attractions like Gulf World, Ripley’s Believe It or Not and Wonderworks.
